First Day Back
First off, DAH! I wanted to copy that map before all those dots dissapeared! I thought it was a year from the start, not each calender year...DAH!
Back at school again for the last time, only 11 more weeks of undergrad work left...woot!
Last night I watched the OSU game with the guys, super sweet win. And tonight we did the same, what a great game. I can't believe those kickers though. I mean holy cow they missed a lot between the two of them. I've never seen BOTH kickers suck it up so much in the same game. I like both of those coaches so much though, they both look so weathered.
I set my clock last night after returning to the wrong "EM", as in am/pm. So this morning when it should have gone off, it did not and I was an hour late to my first class. At first I felt aweful bad, but then five more students came in after me. HA! Who does that?! It was Mammology and seems like it will be what I expected. There is an optional mammal collection I can hand it, I would have to learn how to skin and prepare a hide though, I think that would be a good skill to have.
Next was Senior Seminar...the king of time wasting. We have these GEP's, which every Univeristy has to "round" their graduates, but I feel they are built in to rip me off. This class is designed, as stated in the syllabus, to give the student an oportunity to build on standard speaking and writing skills that they can draw from when attending the other GEP's. Here's the kicker, this is the last one you take, no exceptions. So how in the world can I draw from this when I'm already finished?! DAH! The teacher is sort of funny. Does anyone know that TBS commercial in the factory with the boss guy preaching to the worker with his belly showing? That's what happened today with this women! She had her hands on her hips and everything!! Other than this class being very lame and consisting of entirely too much work, should be an easy going T/TH. For this class, I have to write an argumentive paper as to why my field, outdoor ed, relates to peace and conflict resolution in thirty pages or more. Any ideas are MORE than welcome.
I started writing the intro to South's potential show today, I finished it too. I'm excited. I also wrote the battery break. I'm glad to be writing for them still. I want to start writing the drill too, I think soon maybe.
Last week Tori's (one of my roommates) car was parked on a hilly driveway when his uncle's truck slide into it when in park. Then, late tonight, he got a call from his cousin, who lives with him, who said that he ran into a stop sign, telephone pole, barbed wire and just missed a house by about three feet...it was foggy. He's bummed out, but we are glad no one is hurt.
Tomorrow is Music Lit and Invert. PaleoBiology.

You can borrow my dog for rabbit hunting if you want (for the hide). He's good at catching them. He likes to run away though. That's bad. I'm sick. I like indoor water parks. I liked the Fiesta and Orange Bowl too. Bye.
