Puppy!

Someone dropped off some puppies on the side of the road last week! Punks. An email went around and something inspired me to respond. So later that day I surprised Elisabeth with a new 10 week old (we think) puppy. The vet thinks she's a beagle coon hound mix. She's cute and walks on the leash great. She's better at pottie training and loves to hop around, which is why we're calling her cricket. She also likes to roll around and hide behind you or in between you and the couch. Funny puppy. Here is a picture of her and her sister, she is the brown one. Our computer is down and I can't upload my photos to another comp yet so this is the only photo we have. It's the one that went around in the original email.

Holy Balls

It's been a long time, I'm sure I've lost all my readers...sorry!

My computer is down and I'm doing this from work. Not sure what brought me here today.

I work for Crowder District Park now as a naturalist, about 60+ hours a week. It's with Wake County Parks Recreation and Open Spaces.

I also work for Town of Cary as a Ropes Facilitator...high and low. It's really fun and an additional 12-20 hours. Elisabeth is not very happy with all my hours, but it feels really great to wake up super early, work 14 hours and have lots of responsibility again.

I think I'll be home for thanksgiving, Luke what are your plans?

The band did really well this. Won Grand Champion twice and got a I at state for the first time in four years. I'm really excited to write drill again. I'm also going to try to get a band down here to write for, too.

Cassie, my cousin, lives with us now. It's great having her there. She is jobless so she cleans all the time and she pays rent.

We are all looking to get a puppy. We just got a box turtle yesterday for Elisabeth's class. Luke, what should she feed it?

Gotta run, the boss is in.
