Percussion and Love
Love
Elisabeth was here this weekend, for the long weekend. It was super awesome. All day Sunday I felt like she was about to leave, but she didn't! It was such a nice odd feeling to know that she was staying another night. It was also nice to know that the drive she made was the final time she'll be doing it alone. I'll be going down in February and moving in March.
Percussion
Today I started writing some battery warm-ups. I enjoy them immensly. I wish I could post them here somehow, any ideas computer people? I rewrote the eights exercise and combined it with an accent tap exercise I call - Kate's. (It's a long inside story) I also reworked a diddle exercise called Speedy Q. I think this season is going to go well.

Do you have access to a scanner?
Oh yes, but that's not the issue. I write all this on a computer now. I have software that allows me to hear it as battery equipment and record it into mp3's or wav's...all I need is to host sound clips somewhere.
I thought we've been over this before!
We have?
Hi chris. money is tight, I think that I have to move home for a while and save up for school...but maybe i can still go on the road trip with you....how long of a drive is it?
I understand about the money. The trip to me is four hours and it's another 7 hours from here. Let me know either way. Happy to have you come along!
I told you I can host on my own webspace. I don't use it for anything else.
Oh man! That's awesome!
Are you excited, or what?!
Meh, I'll be super excited if you can find a program that records my computer screen and saves it as a video file.
